Kathia Rudametkin is an experimental music project based on improvisation and ballads intertwined with sounds of nature, resulting in melodies rich in synthetic atmospheres. Her music embodies a departure from the academic approach to electronic composition that she has pursued over the past 10 years. The fusion of her formal music education and electronic music background has enabled her to craft pieces with a distinctive sense of rhythm, editing, and sound design.

The focus of her work revolves around exploring the connection between electronic and acoustic music, as well as between written and improvised forms. Inspired by new sounds and technologies, she engages in the sonic exploration of fauna and flora, seamlessly incorporating field recordings into her compositions.

Her sensitivity as an artist and producer allows her to smoothly blend electronic synthesis and formal music in experiments and compositions that bring to life worlds that are at times beautiful, at other times wild, but always in a state of evolution.

Kathia has had the privilege of performing alongside renowned international artists, including Bebo el Cigala, Andrea Bocelli, Julieta Venegas, and Ely Guerra. She will soon be collaborating with the global superstar Ricky Martin.
